How to make Avocado, egg and bacon balls

  2. 2. Peel the avocado, then slice in half and remove the stone and flesh. Mash the flesh and eggs with a fork, with salt and pepper added. Form into balls and place in the fridge

  3. 3. Fry the bacon slices in a pan until the fat melts and the bacon turns crisp. Chop up the bacon into small pieces. Coat the balls in the bacon
