How to make Cheese tacos with avocado, egg and bacon

  1. 1. Grate the mozzarella with a medium-holed grater. Place 1/4 of the cheese in a pan at medium heat. The cheese has to melt and turn slightly brown. Gently turn over and brown on the other side. Once fried, hang it over a wooden spoon supported on the edge of a bowl. When it takes on the shape of a taco, fry for a little longer

  2. 2. Fry the bacon until crisp, then chop it up.. Whisk the eggs, add salt and pepper, fry the scrambled eggs

  3. 3. Cut the avocado in half. Remove the stone and flesh. Slice the flesh. Cut the tomato into small pieces
