How to make Cheese waffles with bacon and avocado

  1. 1. Coarsely grate the cheese

  2. 2. Mix the cheese, eggs and almond flour together in a bowl. Add salt and pepper

  3. 3. Heat up the waffle iron then grease it with butter. Pour in the cheese mass and bake until golden. Transfer the ready waffles to a plate

  4. 4. Cut the avocado in half. Remove the stone, scoop out the flesh then cut it into slices. Fry the bacon slices in a pan until crisp

  5. 5. Serve the cooked waffles with the slices of avocado and bacon
