How to make Avocado fried in almond flour dressing with sauce

  1. 1. Whisk the egg in a small bowl

  2. 2. In another small bowl, mix the almond flour with salt or other preferred seasoning

  3. 3. Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Slice the avocado flesh. Dip each slice in the egg, then carefully coat it with the dry ingredients. Meanwhile heat up the fat for frying in a deep pan

  4. 4. Fry until golden then serve with tomato sauce

  7. 7. Add the blanched tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes
