  • Coconut flour2× tablespoon (24 g)
  • Oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Butter1× teaspoon (5 g)

How to make Berry muffins

  1. 1. Mix the flour and 1/2 tsp of baking powder in a bowl

  2. 2. Add the coconut oil and egg. Mix it all together thoroughly. Add the berries and a pinch of salt

  3. 3. Transfer the mixture to lightly greased muffin moulds. Place in an oven pre-heated to 180C, and bake for around 18 minutes

  4. 4. Serve once thoroughly cooled
