  • Fresh flat leaf parsley 50 g

  1. 1. Cook rise as in the package.

  2. 2. Fry chopped garlic, chili on the coconut oil on the pan. Add rosemary and onion. Next add chopped mushrooms. Add a bit of salt and pepper.

  3. 3. Chop the meatless ground before you add it to the pan. Fry for a few minutes mixing all ingredients together.

  4. 4. Add tomato sauce and fry it a few more minutes.

  5. 5. Add chopped parsley and herbs you like to the dish.

  6. 6. In the meantime prepare green peppers for stuffing. Clean them and cut into halfs.

  7. 7. Prepare the salad you like. Eg. Rucola with tomato and mozzarella with olive oil / vinagre.

  8. 8. Stuff the peppers with the vegetable filling and put the halves in an ovenproof dish and bake without a cover for at least 20 min/200C. Remember to heat the oven first and pour some water into the dish before putting it into the oven;)
