  • Mozzarella cheese7× slice (105 g)
  • Cheese Cheddar5× slice (100 g)
  • Sunflower seeds3× teaspoon (30 g)
  • Herbs and spices2× teaspoon (4 g)

How to make Crackers with mozzarella and yellow cheese

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C

  2. 2. Coarsely grate the cheese. Add your favourite seasoning and mix in

  3. 3. Place the mixture in a baking tray lined with paper. Form into mounds. The flatten them down so that they are no more than a few millimetres tall. Sprinkle with sesame then place them in the oven

  4. 4. Bake until the cheese is mixed in and dried (don’t let the crackers burn)

  5. 5. Remove the baking tray from the oven. Use a paper towel to remove any excess fat from the crackers
