  • Honey1× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Olive oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Balsamic vinegar3 ml
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Liver salad with raspberry sauce

  1. 1. Wash the liver, cut it into small pieces and fry it in oil. If necessary, add water to prevent it burning. Delicately season the fried liver with salt and pepper

  2. 2. Put the raspberries in a pan and heat until they release water and start to dissolve. Then add honey and heat for another while, stirring continuously

  3. 3. Once the sauce thickens, remove it from the heat and leave it to cool for a while

  4. 4. Place the rocket on a plate, arrange the liver pieces on top, and finally pour the raspberry sauce over. Delicately drizzle with balsamic vinegar

  5. 5. Serve with bread grilled in the oven or toaster
