  • Chicken breast, without skin800 g
  • Tomato2× piece (340 g)
  • Mozzarella cheese1.5× portion (187.5 g)
  • Rocket Salad25 g
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Balsamic vinegar18 ml
  • Honey1× teaspoon (12 g)
  • Basil, fresh1× leaf (3 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black0.5× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Roast chicken breasts caprese

  1. 1. Wash the chicken breasts, dry with a paper towel and slice them open on one side, being sure not to cut right through so that the ingredients do not fall out.

  2. 2. Drizzle both sides of the meat with olive oil and rub the seasoning in by hand according to taste.

  3. 3. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.

  4. 4. Place several slices of mozzarella and tomato in each breast. Add basil leaves too.

  5. 5. Place the stuffed breasts in a casserole dish and roast for about 20 min at 220C. Once roasted, set aside for at least 5 minutes under cover.

  6. 6. Prepare the sauce by mixing the balsamic vinegar with the honey, salt and pepper.

  7. 7. Serve the chicken along with the rocket and tomato salad drizzled in the sauce prepared earlier.
