  • Strawberries2× cup (300 g)
  • Natural yoghurt1× package (150 g)
  • Cottage cheese1× portion (150 g)
  • Honey3× tablespoon (75 g)
  • Water3× tablespoon (30 ml)
  • Gelatine3.5× teaspoon (14 g)

How to make Strawberry cheesecake, served cold

  1. 1. Dissolve the gelatine in cold water, set it aside until it swells, then heat it up until it dissolves (do not boil).

  2. 2. Wash the strawberries, remove the seed core and blend. Add the curd cheese, natural yoghurt and honey, then blend until the ingredients combine.

  3. 3. Grind the cheese twice. When it is ready, add the natural yoghurt and honey, and mix together until all the ingredients combine.

  4. 4. Add 1-2 tbs of the prepared mixture to the lukewarm gelatine and stir vigorously, then pour the gelatine into the mixture and blend briefly. If lumps form after the gelatine is poured into the strawberry mass, gently heat it in a pan, but do not bring it to the boil.

  5. 5. Pour the mixture into bowls, and place in the fridge for a few hours until completely set.

  6. 6. Serve garnished with fresh strawberries.
