How to make Egg muffins with cheese and spinach

  1. 1. Fry the spinach in oil in a well heated pan. After a while add the chopped garlic

  2. 2. Meanwhile divide the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites with salt

  3. 3. Grate the cheese

  4. 4. Remove the spinach from the pan

  5. 5. Put the muffin moulds in a muffin tray

  6. 6. Mix the egg whites with the spinach, yolks and cheese. Add the sliced onion

  7. 7. Pour the mixture into the moulds

  8. 8. Bake for 25 minutes at 180C
