  • Vegan pea protein66 g

How to make Vegan Oat Protein Cookies

  1. 1. Mix powdered peanut butter with water to a very thick consistency (you will add more liquids later)

  2. 2. Add the oats to the peanut butter

  3. 3. Add the syrup (you can add as much as you wish)

  4. 4. Mix the ingredients to form a very thick dough

  5. 5. Add the protein powder in batches, along with water to help with mixing

  6. 6. Once the dough is really thick, put it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to let it set

  7. 7. Scoop the dough onto parchment paper and put it in an oven (preheat to 220°C [428°F] with fan)

  8. 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a crust appears

  9. 9. Enjoy
