How to make Vegetarian Keto broccoli and cauliflower pizza

  1. 1. Place broccoli and cauliflower in food processor .

  2. 2. Once ground up enough, place in bowl add desired herbs and two eggs then mix with hand (also if you have very low carb flour you can add a bit to bound together better)

  3. 3. Warm up oven 180-200 degrees

  4. 4. Take out round metal oven tray (mine was cake base) cut out grease proof paper and spoonful at a time lay out your mixed pizza base onto the paper inside the tray. Once perfect round and flat out, place in the oven for 20mins or less

  5. 5. Prepare your desired toppings

  6. 6. Make pizza sauce

  7. 7. Spread on pizza base and place toppings

  8. 8. Once done place in the oven for next 7-10 mins

  9. 9. I made 2 average size pizzas
