  • Natural yoghurt2× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Oats3× teaspoon (15 g)
  • Honey1× teaspoon (12 g)
  • Erythritol1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Dark Chocolate0.5× cube (4 g)

How to make Skyr with raspberry sauce and chocolate flakes

  1. 1. Put the raspberries in a frying pan and heat them until they disintegrate and start to release water. Add the erythritol and heat until a thick sauce forms.

  2. 2. Mix the skyr with the yoghurt, oatflakes and honey.

  3. 3. Transfer the skyr to a bowl or glass, pour the raspberry sauce over then grate chocolate on top.
