  • Bacon rashers back7× slice (700 g)
  • Rapeseed oil3× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Garlic3× clove (15 g)
  • Sweet paprika5× pinch (5 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black2× pinch (2 g)

How to make Grilled bacon

  1. 1. Cut the bacon into 1-5 cm thick slices

  2. 2. Peel and press the garlic

  3. 3. Add the garlic and all the seasoning, then mix together

  4. 4. Carefully coat each piece of bacon in marinade and transfer to a plate. Cover tightly with aluminium foil and place in the fridge for 12-24h

  5. 5. Remove the meat from the fridge an hour before grilling

  6. 6. Grill for 20-25 minutes. After half of this time, turn the meat over
