  • Turkey fillet1× portion (150 g)
  • Carrot2× piece (100 g)
  • Onion100 g
  • Potato1× piece (90 g)
  • Fresh celery sticks69 g

  • Green Lentils (dried)20 g
  • Garlic3 g
  • Garam masala1× teaspoon (3 g)

How to make Turkey and green lentils soup Thermomix

  1. 1. Peel vegetables, wash them and chop roughly

  2. 2. Pour 500ml of water into Thermomix dish and add chopped vegetable

  3. 3. Cut filet of turkey into small cubes and add to the Thermomix dish

  4. 4. Set temperature for 95°C and let it cook for approx. 20 minutes

  5. 5. When it's cooked, let it cool for 5-10 minutes, then blend and season with salt, pepper and garam masala mix. If you like it more spicy, add more seasoning according to own preferences

  6. 6. Pour to the bowl and enjoy with toast or on its own.
