How to make Turkey and green lentils soup

  1. 1. Peel the vegetables and chop roughly

  2. 2. Add 500ml water to the Thermomix dish, add the chopped veg

  3. 3. Cut turkey into small pieces, add to the dish

  4. 4. Set temperature for 95°C and cook for 20 mins. Let it cool for another 5-10mins and then blend and season according to own preferences.

  5. 5. Serve with drizzle of olive oil and fresh mint
