  • Cheese, cottage, plain5× tablespoon (100 g)
  • Raspberries, frozen3× tablespoon (75 g)
  • Oats3× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Erythritol3× tablespoon (30 g)

How to make Curd cheese with oatflakes and raspberries served hot

  1. 1. Boil the oats in milk with 1/3 of the erythritol

  2. 2. Once the oats are soft, add the cheese and blend into a smooth mass.

  3. 3. Put the raspberries in a pan and heat them until they start to disintegrate. Once the raspberries start to form a thick sauce, add the erythritol. and mix thoroughly.

  4. 4. Serve the curd cheese with the warm raspberry sauce.
