  • Cauliflower2× floret (100 g)
  • Cream 30 %30 g
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Lemon1× slice (10 g)
  • Mustard, smooth1× teaspoon (10 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)

How to make Mustard and lemon salmon with cauliflower

  1. 1. Steam the cauliflower florets, then stew them in an oiled pan. Cover and stew for around 8 minutes on a low heat, stirring from time to time

  2. 2. Fry the salmon fillet, sprinkled with salt, in another saucepan on a low heat for around 3 minutes on each side. Then set the pan with the salmon aside and let it cool

  3. 3. Mix together the thick cream, mustard and lemon, then add to the cooled salmon. Heat on a low heat for around 5 minutes

  4. 4. Serve the salmon thus prepared on the stewed cauliflower florets
