How to make Chicken risotto

  1. 1. Boil the rice

  2. 2. Dice then briefly fry the meat. Add a little water along with salt, rosemary, Provençal herbs and pepper. Stew for a few minutes

  3. 3. Add the rice and peas to the chicken. Stir gently for a few minutes
