  • Lemon1× piece (80 g)
  • Eggs chicken1× portion (60 g)
  • Almonds2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Olives1× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black2× pinch (2 g)

How to make Roast chicken with almonds and olives

  1. 1. Wash the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbs olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 4 minutes on each side.

  2. 2. Grind the almonds and olives in a blender. Mix together with the egg, 1 tbs lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3. Transfer the chicken to a casserole dish, pour over the almond and olive mix.

  4. 4. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 190C.
