  • Chicken breast, without skin0.5× piece (75 g)
  • Mozzarella cheese3× slice (45 g)
  • Lettuce6× leaf (30 g)
  • Onion2× slice (20 g)
  • Lemon1× slice (10 g)
  • Olive oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)
  • Rosemary, dried1× pinch (1 g)
  • Chilli powder1 g
  • Provencal herbs1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Chicken and mozzarella salad

  1. 1. Dice the meat and season it with pepper, rosemary and chilli. Place in boiling water and boil for around 10-15 minutes.

  2. 2. Shred the lettuce leaves into small pieces. Slice the pepper and onion

  3. 3. Divide the mozzarella into smaller pieces

  4. 4. Mix all the ingredients together and cover with the vinaigrette sauce.

  5. 5. Vinaigrette herb sauce

  6. 6. Add lemon juice and Provençal herbs to the olive oil

  7. 7. Mix thoroughly
