  • Brown rice2× tablespoon (30 g)

How to make Curry salad with turkey and rice

  1. 1. Boil the rice

  2. 2. Mix the oil with the Provençal herbs and curry powder. Coat the diced meat in the marinade

  3. 3. Place in boiling water and boil for around 10-15 minutes

  4. 4. Hard boil then dice the egg

  5. 5. Mix the yoghurt together with the curry powder, pepper and a little salt

  6. 6. Mix all the ingredients together and cover with the yoghurt sauce
