  • Full-fat curd cheese2× slice (60 g)
  • Eggs chicken1× portion (60 g)
  • Natural yoghurt4× teaspoon (48 g)
  • Wholemeal bread1× slice of bread (35 g)
  • Basil, fresh1× leaf (3 g)
  • Rapeseed oil0.5× teaspoon (2.5 g)

How to make Omelette with curd cheese and courgette, and bread

  1. 1. Mash the cheese with a fork and mix it together with half of the yoghurt and the diced tomato. Season with salt, pepper and basil

  2. 2. Beat the egg in a bowl and add the other half of the yoghurt

  3. 3. Thinly slice the courgette, add it to the eggs and season with pepper

  4. 4. Pour the egg and courgette mass into a lightly oiled pan. Cover and fry until the eggs set

  5. 5. Place the cheese on the prepared omelette and fold in half

  6. 6. Serve with bread
