  • Cheese Cheddar2× slice (40 g)
  • Butter1× teaspoon (5 g)

How to make Omelette with tomato and onion

  1. 1. Grate the cheese.

  2. 2. Finely dice the tomato and onion.

  3. 3. You can clarify the butter.

  4. 4. Put the butter and onion in a pan, fry it briefly then simmer with a little water.

  5. 5. Add the tomato and season with salt and pepper according to taste. Simmer for around 3 minutes.

  6. 6. Beat the egg in a bowl and pour into another heated pan. Fry for around 2 minutes.

  7. 7. Place the vegetables on half of the omelette and sprinkle with cheese.

  8. 8. Fold the omelette in half.
