How to make Toast with guacamole, ham, burrata and poached egg

  1. 1. Chop the onion, garlic and chives.

  2. 2. Prepare the guacamole. Mash the avocado with a fork, then mix it together with the onion, garlic, lemon juice and seasoning.

  3. 3. Prepare the poached eggs. Crack an egg into a glass, being careful that the yolk stays intact. Bring some water to the boil in a pan, then stir it into a whirlpool with a spoon. Carefully pour in the egg and boil for 3 min. Then remove the egg from the water carefully with the aid of a small sieve.

  4. 4. Toast the bread in the oven or toaster. Next spread the previously prepared guacamole on the toast, add the ham, burrata and egg. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and chives.
