  • Wholemeal bread2× slice of bread (70 g)
  • Mayonnaise1× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Natural yoghurt1.5× teaspoon (18 g)
  • Chives, fresh3× tablespoon (15 g)
  • Lemon1× slice (10 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Olive oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black0.5× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Salmon paste, roast tomatoes and garlic sandwiches

  1. 1. Wash the salmon, fry it with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with lemon juice and bake in the oven ad 180C for approx. 15 min.

  2. 2. Wash the tomatoes, thinly slice the garlic. Place in a small casserole dish and drizzle with olive oil. Roast in the oven along with the fish for around 20 minutes until the tomatoes start to disintegrate.

  3. 3. Hard boil the eggs.

  4. 4. Blend the eggs, salmon, yoghurt and mayonnaise together into a smooth paste. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste if required.

  5. 5. Serve the bread spread with the paste, covered with the tomatoes and garlic, and sprinkled with chives.
