How to make Balsamic chicken with vegetables

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breasts into juliennes/strips.

  2. 2. Cut the vegetables into bite-size pieces.

  3. 3. Pre-heat the pan with 2tbsp vegetable/olive oil.

  4. 4. Cook the chicken, tossing until the water dissipates - around 10min on medium heat.

  5. 5. Add turmeric and stir for about a minute.

  6. 6. Add the vegetables, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and honey. Salt and pepper to taste.

  7. 7. Cook for 10-15more minutes until the sauce gets ticker.

  8. 8. Serve with rice or noodles.
