How to make Fried eggs with salad

  1. 1. Fry the eggs in a tbs of olive oil.

  2. 2. Lay the washed lamb’s lettuce on a plate. Dice the washed pepper and arrange it on the lamb’s lettuce.

  3. 3. Prepare the dressing by mixing the linseed oil with the mustard, and pour it over the whole salad. Place the sprouts on top, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

  4. 4. Serve the eggs with the salad.
