  • Salmon, smoked0.5× piece (125 g)
  • Tomato4× slice (80 g)
  • Cheese, cream3× teaspoon (45 g)
  • Cucumber2× slice (20 g)
  • Dill, fresh3× tablespoon (15 g)
  • Radish red1× root (15 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Smoked salmon roulades with vegetables and dill

  1. 1. Wash all the vegetables.

  2. 2. Cut very long thin slices from the cucumber using a peeler (remove the skin from one side and cut the slices lengthwise).

  3. 3. Use a very well sharpened knife to cut very thin slices of tomato and radish (you can also try to slice the radish with the peeler).

  4. 4. Rub the salmon fillets with the cheese along their entire length, then place the vegetables on top, sprinkle with salt, pepper and half of the dill, then roll up into roulades (note: roll very carefully so that the fillets do not fall apart).

  5. 5. Serve the salmon roulades garnished with the remaining dill.
