How to make Bacon, halloumi and asparagus salad

  1. 1. Thinly slice the bacon and fry it in a dry pan until crisp.

  2. 2. Wash the small mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Wash the asparagus and tear or cut off the hard parts, then cut into 5 cm slices and fry together with the mushrooms in the pan where the bacon was fried. Season with a little salt and pepper.

  3. 3. Once the vegetables are ready, transfer them to a separate plate, then grill the diced halloumi in a pan.

  4. 4. Dice the tomatoes.

  5. 5. Prepare the dressing by mixing the linseed oil with the mustard. Wash the spinach, then mix it together thoroughly with the dressing in a bowl.

  6. 6. Add it to the spinach, vegetables and bacon, then stir everything together.

  7. 7. Sprinkle with cashew nuts roasted in a dry pan.
