How to make Spinach, smoked salmon and cocktail tomato salad

  1. 1. Wash the spinach and put it in a pan. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice, then mix together.

  2. 2. Hard boil the egg (approx. 7-8 min), then cut into quarters.

  3. 3. Place the cocktail tomato halves, egg quarters and smoked salmon on top of the spinach. Garnish the whole with fresh chopped dill.
