  • Ham, Parma5× slice (75 g)
  • Tomato3× slice (60 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Asparagus with Parma ham, burrata and tomato

  1. 1. Wash the asparagus, cut off the hard ends, then wrap each spear in Parma ham and roast in an oven pre-heated to 180C for approx. 7 min.

  2. 2. Wash and thinly slice the tomato.

  3. 3. Arrange the asparagus on a plate, then the sliced tomato, then the burrata on top of the tomato. Drizzle it all with olive oil, then additionally sprinkle the tomatoes lightly with salt and pepper.
