  • Full-fat curd cheese10× portion (1000 g)
  • Eggs chicken5× portion (300 g)
  • Semi-skimmed milk1× cup (220 ml)
  • Blueberries1.5× handful (75 g)
  • Sugar-free vanilla pudding, instant2× package (70 g)
  • Raspberries, fresh or frozen0.5× cup (65 g)
  • Whey protein2× portion (60 g)
  • Xylitol1× tablespoon (10 g)

  1. 1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Grind the cheese 3 times (or avoid grinding by using ready prepared curd cheese from a tub).

  2. 2. Use a blender to combine the ground cheese, milk, pudding, whey protein, yolks and xylitol.

  3. 3. Whisk the whites until stiff in a separate vessel.

  4. 4. Add the whisked egg whites to the cheese mass and mix gently.

  5. 5. Line a cake tin with baking paper or liberally grease the sides with butter.

  6. 6. Pour the cheesecake mix into the cake tin, then place the fruit (blueberries and raspberries) on top.

  7. 7. Bake at a temperature of 170C for around 50 minutes. Once baked, do not remove the cheesecake immediately, just turn off the oven and leave it to cool with the door slightly open.
