How to make Burrata with baked tomatoes, smoked salmon and pesto

  1. 1. Wash the cocktail tomatoes, sprinkle them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, then place them in a casserole dish and roast for 20 minutes at 180 C.

  2. 2. Slice the salmon or shred it by hand into small pieces, then stir in with the cocktail tomatoes. Arrange the burrata in the middle.

  3. 3. Cover lightly with pesto.
