How to make Anabolic Pancake

  1. 1. Mix eggs with casein protein, baking powder and cinnamon.

  2. 2. Preheat frying pan to low-medium heat spray olive oils and pour the mixture.

  3. 3. Put the plate on top of the pan and flip it over.

  4. 4. Place the pancake back on the pan cooking the other side of it.

  5. 5. Spread Greek yogurt on top and add fruit
