  • Squash butternut0.5× cup (70 g)
  • Spinach1× handful (25 g)
  • Peanut butter, wholegrain2× teaspoon (20 g)
  • Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Less Salt Soy Sauce 250ml1× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Fig rolls1× piece (19 g)
  • French goat cheese10 g
  • Coconut oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Coriander leaves, fresh1× tablespoon (4 g)

How to make Grilled tofu with goat cheese and spinach

  1. 1. Prepare tofu cut in square the way you like.

  2. 2. Put tofu pieces into a box and season it with corn starch and soy sauce.

  3. 3. I make it in a frying pan with a bit of coconut oil.

  4. 4. Put spinach on the plate.

  5. 5. In the meantime heat the oven to 200C and when it’s ready place pieces of squash butterhead for around 15 minutes

  6. 6. Put baked squash butterhead on top of the spinach and garnish it with the rest of ingredients: fig cut into pieces, crushed goad cheese in hands and crushed peanuts and coriander.
