How to make Broccoli, cauliflower and ham salad

  1. 1. Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into smaller pieces and boil or steam them

  2. 2. Dice the ham.

  3. 3. Chop the garlic

  4. 4. Peel and dice the cucumber.

  5. 5. Mix together all the ingredients. Add the seeds.

  6. 6. Add the mustard and yoghurt. Season with pepper and a little salt. Sprinkle with chopped chives
