How to make Turkey, orange and green bean salad

  1. 1. Finely dice the meat and coat it in the oil. Season with salt and pepper

  2. 2. Place the meat in a pre-heated oven (180 Celsius) for around 25 minutes

  3. 3. Boil or steam the beans

  4. 4. Peel and thinly slice the orange

  5. 5. Shred the lettuce leaves into smaller pieces

  6. 6. Mix all the ingredients together and sprinkle with lemon juice.
