How to make Steamed vegetables with mince and groats

  1. 1. Add the chopped onion and seasoning (Provençal herbs, pepper, chilli, salt) to the meat

  2. 2. Mix the concentrate with a little water, season with basil and add it to the meat

  3. 3. Slice the courgette and carrot

  4. 4. Arrange the meat on the carrot, then place the courgette on top. Cover with crumbled mozzarella. Steam for around 50 minutes

  5. 5. Serve with the boiled groats
