How to make Spinach and pea frittata

  1. 1. Beat the eggs and mix together with the cheese

  3. 3. Season with pepper, salt and Provençal herbs

  4. 4. Transfer the whole to a casserole dish or lined baking tray

  5. 5. Bake in the oven for around 20 minutes (180C)
