  • Chicken breast, without skin80 g
  • Feta cheese1× handful (30 g)
  • Lettuce5× leaf (25 g)

  • Sunflower seeds1× teaspoon (10 g)
  • Olive oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Provencal herbs1× teaspoon (3 g)

How to make Strawberry, asparagus and chicken salad

  1. 1. Roast the seeds in a dry pan

  2. 2. Dice the meat and season it with Provençal herbs, salt and pepper. Pour boiling water over and boil.

  3. 3. Boil the asparagus in lightly sweetened and salted water (approx. 5 minutes).

  4. 4. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.

  5. 5. Mix the ingredients together and add the crumbled feta.

  6. 6. Pour the vinaigrette sauce over the salad.

  7. 7. Vinaigrette herb sauce

  8. 8. Add lemon juice and Provençal herbs to the olive oil.

  9. 9. Mix thoroughly.
