  • Onion3× slice (30 g)
  • Lentils red split dried2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Rapeseed oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Chilli powder2 g
  • Provencal herbs2× pinch (2 g)
  • Bay leaf, dried1× leaf (2 g)

How to make Lentils with chicken and carrots

  1. 1. Dice the meat then coat it in oil and seasoning (chilli, Provençal herbs). Pour boiling water over and let it boil

  2. 2. Peel and slice the carrot. Chop the onion and garlic. Add the lentils, pour on water and boil

  3. 3. Add the seasoning (laurel leaf, pepper and a little salt) and meat to the boiling vegetables and lentils. Boil for another short while.
