How to make Fish à la Gordon Ramsay with groats

  1. 1. Slice the pepper and courgette, then fry them in a non-stick pan without oil

  2. 2. Add the chopped garlic and olives

  3. 3. Dice the tomato and add it to the remaining ingredients

  4. 4. Transfer the vegetables to a casserole dish and arrange the fish fillet on top, sprinkled with salt and pepper. Pour the Vinaigrette sauce over the whole, and bake in an oven pre-heated to 200C for approx 20 minutes

  5. 5. Serve with the boiled groats

  6. 6. Vinaigrette herb sauce

  7. 7. Add lemon juice and Provençal herbs to the olive oil

  8. 8. Mix thoroughly
