How to make Roast chicken à la Magda Gessler

  1. 1. Dice the meat, and dust it with pepper and a little salt

  2. 2. Then wrap it in cooking foil and place in an oven heated to 200C for approx. 20 minutes

  3. 3. Stir the meat together with the boiled pasta and the sliced courgette and pepper

  4. 4. Beat the egg and mix together with the cream. Pour the mass into a casserole dish and add the remaining ingredients

  5. 5. Season with garlic and bake for half an hour in an oven pre-heated to 180C
