How to make Fish and shrimp dish with rice

  1. 1. Chop the garlic and onion, then brown them in heated oil

  2. 2. Add the blanched and chopped tomatoes and the concentrate

  3. 3. Add a small amount of water and the fish fillets seasoned with salt and pepper

  4. 4. Simmer on a low heat for about 30 minutes. Halfway through add the shrimps

  5. 5. Serve with boiled rice. Season according to taste, e.g. with chilli and basil
