How to make Beef with carrot and lentils

  1. 1. Dice the meat, then put it in heated oil. Fry for around 5 minutes

  2. 2. Pour in a small amount of boiling water and simmer for around 40 minutes

  3. 3. Add the sliced carrot and pepper and stew for a further 30 minutes

  4. 4. When it is nearly cooked, add the pepper, a little salt, the paprika, chilli and ginger

  5. 5. Serve with the boiled lentils
