How to make Pasta with spinach and curd cheese

  1. 1. Boil the pasta

  2. 2. While the pasta is boiling, heat some oil in a pan, add the spinach and pressed garlic. Fry for around 5 minutes

  3. 3. Add the cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper, then mix

  4. 4. Add the crumbled curd cheese and fry the whole for approx. 2 minutes
