  • Couscous0.5× cup (90 g)
  • Onion3× slice (30 g)
  • Lemon1× slice (10 g)

  • Sugar, white1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Parsley, fresh1× leaf (1 g)

How to make Roasted fish with couscous and salad

  1. 1. Rub the salt and pepper into the fish then pour over the lemon juice. Then roll it up in aluminium foil.

  2. 2. Place in an oven pre-heated to 200C for 10 minutes.

  3. 3. Cover the couscous with boiling water, set aside for 5 minutes until it swells, then stir with a fork

  4. 4. Serve the baked fish with the couscous and salad

  5. 5. Pickled cabbage salad

  6. 6. Slice the cabbage and onion

  7. 7. Add the sugar and oil

  8. 8. Mix together and sprinkle with parsley.
