  • Eggs chicken30 g
  • Brown rice2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Mozzarella cheese2× slice (30 g)
  • Tomato concentrate1× tablespoon (15 g)
  • Chives, fresh2× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Chilli powder2 g
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Turkey stuffed with mozzarella, served with beans and rice

  1. 1. Beat the meat with a tenderiser then season with salt and pepper

  2. 2. Shred the mozzarella and mix it with 1/3 of the tomato concentrate and the boiled and diced egg. Season with salt, pepper and chilli

  3. 3. Rub the rest of the concentrate on the meat then place the filling on top. Roll up and fix with a toothpick

  4. 4. Fry in a non-stick pan without oil, serve with the boiled rice and beans
